Kathy Wickert - Cooking School Coordinator
Let Kathy be your tour guide for a culinary adventure at The Cooking School! With lots of experience as both a sous chef and a class instructor, Kathy continues to impress all of us
with her broad range of knowledge. There are many different facets to her classes including not only recipes, entertaining ideas and cooking techniques, but also her light-hearted humor and teaching style. Anyone who has attended one of Kathy’s classes knows that her love of both cooking and teaching comes straight from the heart. Kathy will be teaching many of the classes at The Cooking School, so stop in soon…she’ll be delighted to meet you!
Anthony Zeigler
Anthony Zeigler received his culinary arts training at the Cumberland-Perry Vocational School in Mechanicsburg, PA. Anthony began his culinary career with the United States Navy, where he served as a Food Service Supervisor from 1994–2007. His training and expertise include food safety and sanitation, nutrition, baking, recipe conversions and reception planning as well as motivating and supervising support personnel. No stranger to hungry crowds, Anthony was responsible for creating and maintaining menus for 4 meals a day, 7 days a week during his time with the U.S. Navy.
