	The WINK Wake Up Show will be hosting a special cooking class one Wednesday night a month from 6:00pm - 9:00pm.

FREE FRIDAYS	Join us on most Fridays and find out “what’s cooking”. We will delight you with meal solutions to please your family or answer your health or household questions. Each session will have a different spin on recipes and info for your family, your home and your health. We have some “featured” classes already scheduled.

SENIOR SURPRISE	Tuesdays is the day and The Cooking School is the place to be for this FREE Senior Surprise class. Kathy and Pam know just how to please the 55+ crowd. These classes have become a regular date with many of you. So much to learn, the possiblities are endless. Bring a friend or neighbor and make new friends each week. Remember, we do not check your age.

To register for a cooking class at our new Cooking School located in the GIANT Super Food Store at 3301 Trindle Road in Camp Hill please note the following:

• To register please call 717.724.1166
• Full payment is required at the time of registration
• You must provide a credit card number, expiration date and CV# if you wish to register by phone
• If you cannot attend a class, you may send a substitute in your place.
• GIANT reserves the right to change any menu or instructor, or to cancel any class at its discrection.
• Should a class be canceled due to inclement weather, each class participant will be contacted directly by phone.
